Our food processing and packaging operations are capable of the following:

Oven: 44.4 KVA rotary oven with convection fan can roast, pop and puff snack type products

Sifting: Post oven sifting eliminates any un-popped or puffed or undesirable small pieces to be removed before additional processing

Seasoning: Two stage seasoning consists of oil mist coating of product, and then granular or powdered seasoning application.

Bagging & Packaging: Bagging operations uses 10 head combi scale, then metal detection, date coding, bagging, nitrogen flushing, sealing check weighing, boxing taping and palletizing. Bag sizes can range from 5” wide to 11” wide with bag lengths ranging from 5” to 15”.
